23phsky Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 23phsky website located at 23phsky.net (the "Platform"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform. Your continued use of 23phsky following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

23phsky reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 23phsky Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations and PAGCOR guidelines applicable to online gaming.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 23phsky, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the 23phsky Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

23phsky reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified will result in account suspension pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on the 23phsky Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. 23phsky is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Notify 23phsky immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

23phsky will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, 23phsky is required to verify the identity of all registered players. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID) and proof of address. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

23phsky accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels, subject to availability:

• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank

All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 23phsky does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, nor via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine regulations.

4.2 Minimum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change. 23phsky reserves the right to modify minimum transaction thresholds with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. 23phsky aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes published on the Platform. Withdrawals may be delayed where additional verification is required or where a transaction is flagged for compliance review under applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

4.4 Funds Ownership

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your 23phsky account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. 23phsky reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

5. Bonuses & Promotions

23phsky offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. General conditions applicable to all 23phsky bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash except as expressly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• 23phsky reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or technical error.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be forfeited and the account may be terminated.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 23phsky Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as dealt or spun by the live dealer.
• 23phsky does not guarantee any particular outcome or return-to-player percentage for any individual session.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, 23phsky reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction may be voided.
• Bets placed after the designated betting window has closed will be void.
• 23phsky's decision on all gameplay disputes is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described below.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 23phsky Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with Platform staff.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 23phsky staff through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8. Responsible Gaming

23phsky is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and amounts wagered during a session.

23ph sky strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and will suspend any account where there is reasonable suspicion that the account holder is under the legal gambling age.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 23phsky Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of 23phsky or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from 23phsky.
• Use any 23phsky trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorised use of 23phsky intellectual property may result in legal action under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 23phsky, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 23phsky's reasonable control, including force majeure events.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate or incomplete.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 23phsky makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.

11. Privacy

23phsky collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

23phsky complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR and the AMLC, where required by law.

12. Amendments

23phsky reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect upon posting to the Platform. Where changes are material, 23phsky will provide reasonable advance notice via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting 23phsky customer support.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 23phsky Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to the conduct of gaming operations, players may also escalate complaints to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
